We know that bringing family and friends to a destination wedding needs intricate planning and high attention to detail. We know that things need to be seamlessly organised and arranged for your guests, as relaxation and celebration time for your special day, is precious.
Our service takes care of all guest organisation and coordination, logistics and reservations, leaving you to concentrate on the wedding itself and enjoy the planning experience, knowing that your guests are being attentively looked after, in our expert care.
We make advanced bookings to secure flights, accommodation, airport transfers, chauffeurs, hire cars, nannies, restaurants, activities and more, giving assurance to both you and your guests that everything is arranged seamlessly for such a special occasion. We are also on call for the duration of your guests’ stay to help with any requests and to give advice and assistance, right up until the day of departure.
Your wedding guests are sent our beautiful Welcome Brochure personalised to you, with full details of our unique wedding concierge service. Guests will also receive a monthly email newsletter with your own personal Wedding News, Updates and Destination Information. Guests are then able to use our service starting from one year in advance to your wedding date, right up until all celebrations have come to an end and your guests have returned home.
